Meeting in progress

SEEWELL International Technology Energy Lao Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SEEWELL International Group, signed a formal mining agreement with the Central Government of Laos for the rare earth project in Muang Khoun District, Xiengkhouang Province, at the Lao Ministry of Finance on 9 April 2026.

On behalf of the Lao Central Government, Ms. Phonevanh Panhthavong, Vice Minister of Finance, signed the formal mining agreement with SEEWELL International Technology Energy Lao Co., Ltd. The Directors General of the relevant departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Governor of Xiengkhouang Province, the Director of the Provincial Department of Finance, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Director of the Department of Industry and Commerce, and the District Governor of Muang Khoun attended the signing ceremony as witnesses.
